    Sam is a proud “Double Gator,” having obtained both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Florida. Sam prides himself on providing superior representation and adhering to the highest ethical and professional standards of the legal profession.

    Sam focuses his practice on business and property law, handling matters involving the formation of new businesses, preparing contracts, reviewing vital business documents, aiding in the purchase and sale of businesses, non-compete negotiation and litigation, preservation of trade secrets, pursuing collection of fraudulent transfers, evictions and negotiating and litigating a myriad of issues.

    Jonathan is a proud product of Seminole County schools, having graduated from Lake Brantley High School. Jonathan then attended the University of Florida, and went on to law school at Florida State University. Jonathan seeks to provide the firm’s clients with the highest level of representation in all matters.

    Jonathan focuses his practice on estate planning (wills, trusts, advanced healthcare directives, and powers of attorney), probate – both formal and summary administrations, and litigation of business, real estate, and personal matters.

    Jonathan understands that these matters can be complicated and wrought with difficult financial and personal decisions. It is his goal to provide practical and thoughtful advice in all cases so that clients obtain the best outcome.
